The heart of Villa Althea is represented by the cooking, the choice of high quality raw materials, organic farming products, exclusively extra virgin olive oil, companies that we select personally, give us the certainty of being able to satisfy even the most demanding palates.

The care with which we like to prepare each dish is the same care with which we accompany our guests at every stage of the reception, starting from the welcome up to the final toast. Our kitchen staff coordinated by the executive chef Bruno Santagata, supported by Stefano Pista, is always at work to create balanced dishes, which know how to combine the flavours of our tradition with the delicacy and refined elegance of a contemporary cuisine.
